Clare Burgum, Executive Coach

Inspiring leaders to grow and flourish

Clare inspires, challenges and supports individuals, teams and groups to high performance and personal success. She works with both established and aspiring leaders who are committed to their own growth and development and who are prepared to make the most of their coaching opportunity. Clare helps clients to explore their world from different perspectives, learning as they go so they can make choices and decisions that were unavailable to them at the start.

Clare’s earlier consulting and professional services background progressed through a range of business development, project management and people development roles in a blue-chip consulting and services practice.

Then, as an executive and team coach, over the last 18 years, Clare has delivered a variety of individual and group programmes developing leaders, their careers and their teams, all with a coaching foundation.

Clare’s international coaching clients have included directors, senior managers and technical leaders across the private, public and third sector including: FMCG, consulting, health, pharmaceutical, energy, financial services, higher education, local government, information technology and automotive research.  International and global leadership team projects have taken her to the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Japan and Russia working with R&D, innovation, marketing and business unit leadership teams.

Clare is married, with two grown up sons, and continues to place strong focus on her health, fitness and wellbeing. She is a keen triathlete, her stand-out achievements including: Ironman Austria (2013), “Dart 10k” (river swim – 2015, 2018 and 2019), Ironman Barcelona (2016, a year after cancer diagnosis and major surgery, 2018 and 2019) and Paris Marathon (2017).
